Slim in 6- Burn it up! Im a new Beachbody coach, and at first I thought slim in 6 wasnt going to be challenging enough... um I was wrong! Resistance bands are really toning up my flabby arms/ triceps! Im on week 4 , may go a little longer then try out ChaLEAN Extreme. Seems to pretty popular!0

Does anyone know how the calorie burn for Les Mills compares with P90X?????? I haven't been wearing my HRM, so I'm just estimating.
