    Well crap.

    :) I watched my weight fluctuate so much this past week. Friday I was down 1.5 pounds and Monday I was up 1.5 pounds so I'm just happy that I didn't have to post a gain.

    Here's hoping that no loss this week sets me up to have a two pound loss next week. :)

    I am UP .2 for the week. I was also looking forward to the weigh in.

    Week 1 144.4
    Week 2 144.6

    HOWEVER, I also take my measurements every 2 weeks - and it's always on weigh in day. SO, I am HAPPY to announce that I did lose 1 inch in my waist (a major feat for me) and 1/2 inch each in my hips and belly button. My body fat also went from 26 to 25%. I won't let the non-loss get me down!!

    Whoops! I'm tardy. I lost exactly one pound for week 2 though. I think I might lose a bit more this week, though. I'll weigh in on Friday.

    1/15: 150.8 loss: 1.4 total: 3.0 (oh, that makes me feel excited)

    next week goal: Stay at 150.8 or below--not to gain by next Tuesday is my goal

    Total Goal: 135ish

    Now that more of us are back in the routines, let's do this!!!

    Stay encouraged! I know it's easier said than done but keep pushing yourself to stay on your plan until you get into that zone. You can do it :smile: :smile:

    I gained two pounds and then lost the two pounds. By the end of the week last week I weighed 235.8. Wasnt able to do much with my daughter being sick last week. Depending on how you look at it depends on how much lost.

    didn't hit one pound, kind of hit a plateau this week, i just kept going up and down from 154.2- 154.6.

    but today i broke through it and I weighed in at 153.6.
    last week was 154.2. a loss of 0.59 lbs. better than nothing!

    I didn't hit the 1 pound mark this week but a wise woman on here told me recently to be sure I was looking at the big picture! The big picture is since Christmas Day (3 weeks) I have lost 4.8 pounds and just having a LOSS this week, given the stressful week that I've had is a HUGE WIN for me! I'm a stress eater so the fact that I LOST during a HIGH STRESS week, IS A HUGE SUCCESS!!!! I'm holding my head high!!! :-)

This group is all about HELP and SUPPORT and MOTIVATION and we've got some folks struggling so LET'S REACH OUT TO THEM!!!!! You see someone here had a bad week, make a note to check in on them daily or every other day........ Send them a message of support!
