I watched my weight fluctuate so much this past week. Friday I was down 1.5 pounds and Monday I was up 1.5 pounds so I'm just happy that I didn't have to post a gain.
Here's hoping that no loss this week sets me up to have a two pound loss next week.0 -

I am UP .2 for the week. I was also looking forward to the weigh in.

HOWEVER, I also take my measurements every 2 weeks - and it's always on weigh in day. SO, I am HAPPY to announce that I did lose 1 inch in my waist (a major feat for me) and 1/2 inch each in my hips and belly button. My body fat also went from 26 to 25%. I won't let the non-loss get me down!!

I gained two pounds and then lost the two pounds. By the end of the week last week I weighed 235.8. Wasnt able to do much with my daughter being sick last week. Depending on how you look at it depends on how much lost.0 -
didn't hit one pound, kind of hit a plateau this week, i just kept going up and down from 154.2- 154.6.
but today i broke through it and I weighed in at 153.6.
last week was 154.2. a loss of 0.59 lbs. better than nothing!0 -

I didn't hit the 1 pound mark this week but a wise woman on here told me recently to be sure I was looking at the big picture! The big picture is since Christmas Day (3 weeks) I have lost 4.8 pounds and just having a LOSS this week, given the stressful week that I've had is a HUGE WIN for me! I'm a stress eater so the fact that I LOST during a HIGH STRESS week, IS A HUGE SUCCESS!!!! I'm holding my head high!!! :-)0 -
