Just diet and exercise. My diary is open if you want to check it out. I did a ton of high resistance cardio.0

Just joined after seeing your thread on ARF. Starting at 312 goal is 220 within a year. Congrats on the loss hope to be in the same boat soon.0

Your thread over on the ARFCOM is was lite the fire of motivation under my butt. I had already made the switch to healthy foods and half *kitten* counting calories, but not limiting them, just keeping track of what I ate. I was doing cardio every day and lifting about 2 days a week, I've upped my cardio time and intensity and lift more often now as well. Your post made me join MFP and actually started counting calories at a deficit and I'm down 17 lbs for far, looking to hit about 280 then reevaluate from there0
