    I need to up my veggies!! I was glad however that I stayed in my calories as it is my hubby's birthday today.

    Went to the store and bought some fresh fruit... Had been a while, and was worth it.

    Great job on the challenge this week team! I am so happy with all of the effort that you put into it! I know changes are not easy but I promise these healthy living changes will be worth it!
