Weight = 233.2 on January 2nd
Week 1 = 227 / Lost 6.2 pounds
Week 2 = 225.2 / Lost 1.8 pounds / Total Lost = 8 pounds
Measurements = 185.25 on January 2nd
Week 2 = 182.25 / Lost 3 inches
I was getting discouraged because the scale wasn't moving as i'd hoped. But my measurements and weight changes overall are exciting. In just two weeks I've shed over 3% of my body weight and i'm resculpting my figure. I've trimmed down a half inch on my waist, neck and left thigh and over an inch on my chest (below my breasts). I am really doing this....simple changes, good choices, awesome support and encouragement.
Thanks to everyone who has inspired and spurred me on. Let's move some thin together!0 -

I keep losing and gaining the same 2 lbs. I'm still at 177. I've been eating healthy foods and staying under my calorie limit. I always intend to exercise, and I have occasionally, but it's hard to find time when I get home and am not already exhausted. I have nursing school all day, theatre rehearsal several nights a week, and 3 kids to take care of when I get home, on top of all my homework. I wish cutting calories was enough to make me lose weight, but that's not the case. I guess I'll try harder this week. :-/0
