If you have never done this challenge before DO NOT be scared by the white out. It is not that bad at all. There are so many good food choices that you can still have. Today focus on what you can have and not what you can't have. It will be a great day.
For cardio I will be doing the fuel fit workout again (modified of course) and hopefully get in a quick 1 mile run.

I prepared my meal today before I went to bed and it contains salt, but that is the only white item. In addition to the other rules for the cardio challenge, I have also given up meat, sugar and dairy.
For me cardio, I plan to go to spin class this evening.0 -
I've been slacking trying to stay on top of everything now that school has started. i will catch up this weekend0

I survived spin class this week, last week I thought that I was going to die. Tomorrow I will be doing legs and maybe some abs.0
