Here is the check-in thread for

January, Week 3 (Check-in Week 3 (Monday 01/14 - Sunday 01/20)), ends on Sunday.

3rd WEek, this week will be half done!

    13/01/15 - 3 miles on gym treadmill. I waited for hubby so opted for the treadmill instead of a cold dark run in the country (read: bad roads, little light and the chance of company all the way) One of the better steady dreadmill runs I've done.

    13/01/16 - 6 miles with a friend who got me out of bed for an 8am run on my day off. NBD for most but that is EARLY for me.

    Also, I think i missed logging my Saturday miles 1/12- 10 miles
