I decided to go ahead and take a rest day today. I had a bazillion things to do. So I will get back to it tomorrow.

    I took a day off too - tried really had to fit it in but I had to choose between cutting out 30 day shred or my running. Running won.
    Back at it tomorrow! I'm sure Jillian will be waiting for us!

    I took it off too lol, just to get this tenderness out of my knee, Im going to level 2 tomorrow, getting bored lol

    I took yesterday off too, im not sore but im just so damn tired!!! Debating on starting level 2 or trying to stick with level one! Im bored thats forsure so i suppose i need to switch it up so i can be sore again...and work different muscles! Have a great friday u guys!:heart:

    I have 2 days left on level one I think I' am going tp stick them out got lower on squats and go faster and harder on cardio.

    i had to miss another day yesterday due to work, so today i HAVE to do this. going to push thru, i really don't like missing too many days.

    its my 7th day today & stil I get breathless sometimes plus hatable push-ups am stil doin the girly ones:laugh: & yes we can make it a bit harder for us but lets complete 10days :wink:

    Day 7 done. 3 more days of level 1, then some new moves. Not being sore makes me feel like I'm not working hard enough.:laugh:

    Day 7 done. A little under the weather last week. I'm going to try to finish Level 1 this week.
