Sunday: 3.24 miles (5K) running
Monday: 7.27 miles stationary bike (in the nice toasty gym... )
Wednesday: 9.1 miles stationary bike
1.5 miles walking
Thursday: 2.8 miles running (cut it a bit short because of the COLD! Yes, I'm a wimp.)
Friday: 5.8 miles stationary bike (had to cut the ride short to make it to the Pilates class...) ;-)

Wednesday: 6.3 miles running (Tempo run - middle 4 miles at 9:26 pace - kicked my butt!)
Thursday: 4.5 miles running
Friday: 2 miles running (Solely to get my mileage over 25 miles after my 10 mile run tomorrow!)

Mon: Sick enforced rest day :grumble:
Tue: 4.2mi Interval runs on Treadmill (+ circuit weight machines & planks)
Wed: 20.88mi Stationary cycling (+circuit weight machines & planks)
Thu: 3.50mi Interval Run [why do all the "fast" intervals end up UPhill!?!? hard to maintain fast that way... (fastest pace 7:41 -what!?- slowest pace 12:28)]
Fri: nada
Sat: 13.25mi Outside Miles - Gorgeous 60˚F day!!! Top speed 28.7mph... that hill sure is fun to speed down, but not much fun riding up (low speed 5.3mph) in the first place.. whew!!

Last Sunday I was dressed in layers to ride. At 9am in the morning it was 28 degrees in Sunny Southern Ca. I ended up not riding and to risk not getting sick.

Tues evening 7 mi on bike trainer
Wed 1 mile walk
Thursday 3 mi walk
Thursday evening 6.5 mi bike trainer
Fri 3 mi walk
Fri evening 6.5 mi bike trainer
Sat 7 mi walk/run
Total 36 miles
Doing interval work on trainer. They say this will help increase speed! Congratulations to everyone for your hard work! Especially in freezing temps!:happy:
