Day 3

I am sending you this post from personal experience. I have noticed that when I eat a meal sometimes I don't seem completely satisfied right after and I want to go and grab something sweet to help fill me up. However, about 10 minutes later, I end up feeling TOO FULL! Remember this the next time you want to keep eating.

Before you dig into that cake, bag of chips, candy, or whatever; take a deep breath and count to 100.
Usually by the time you get to 100 you will have convinced yourself that you don't really want it.

  • i was wondering why there was 2 day 3's..now i know..lol another good way to eat less is to drink a glass of water before you eat. then u eat less because you're stomach has less room for food

  • I've also heard that if you feel the urge to snack, you should drink a glass of water first. People often confuse hunger with thirst. Works for me!
