Yes, I think they are. You'll likely surpass ALL of those by the end of 2013 (possibly not the row) if you lift consistently and don't quit.0

DEFINITELY. work hard & stay consistent, some of those numbers will be hit within 6 months!0

Definitely, I went from 45 > 95 on Squats and Deadlifts in just 12 weeks between NROL4W and now I am doing the Strong Lifts program. Make sure to fuel your body, take your rest days and get enough protein.0
