Whats up Beachbody people!? Today is Day 1 P90x
I've done Turbofire, Insanity, and Les Mills Pump. I've done P90x before but never stuck with it because its 'slow' for me. I have been doing lots of cardio but havent gotten the results Ive wanted, so I am bringing it HARD for the next 90 days, then will be moving onto Insanity or Combat. I'm ready to take my results to the next level now that I have learned HOW and WHAT to eat, by just completing the Ultimate Reset. Which, by the way, I lost 12 pounds in 21 days! #Boom!
