Baseline Assessment and Late night abs....

Felt great doing the assessment today since I did not work out Thursday, Friday or Sunday. I'm surprised my numbers look as good as they do, I guess my body needed the rest.
Added bonus of losing 3lbs last week.

I did not do great today. I have killer shin splints BUT I shut up'd and trained...Jennifer I am so thrilled you are 8 lbs away from your goal. How long has it taken you to get here?

My highest weight of 191 was in March 2012. I did not get serious about losing weight until August and fell off for a while. 'Ve been back on full time since mid-November can can't wait to meet my 1st goal and start working on my next goal of 145!0
