    1 mile run 10:28 (47 seconds faster)
    squats 36 (+1)
    modified burpees 16 (same)
    single toe touches 28 (same)
    modified push-ups 18 (-3)
    dips 30 (+5)

Felt great doing the assessment today since I did not work out Thursday, Friday or Sunday. I'm surprised my numbers look as good as they do, I guess my body needed the rest.

Added bonus of losing 3lbs last week.

Have a great week and don't forget late night abs instead of a late night snack.

Way to go! It's so great to see us all make progress!

My highest weight of 191 was in March 2012. I did not get serious about losing weight until August and fell off for a while. 'Ve been back on full time since mid-November can can't wait to meet my 1st goal and start working on my next goal of 145!
