How to track calories on Paleo Diet?

I have done some research trying to find cookbooks or websites that will give me great recipes but also the calorie counts. So far I have been unable to find that. There seems to be TONS of recipes out there but none that offer a calorie count that I can plug into Myfitnesspal. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You'll have to enter the ingredients individually, or create your meals with the individual ingredients, so you can add quickly next time.

Yep. Its the joy of eating un-processed food - you have to either make recipes, enter it all each time, or enter it once and save the meal if its something you'll be eating often.

Thanks. I have just seen alot of cookbooks for the Paleo diet and was hoping one of them would have already done that for each recipe.
  • http://www.myfitnesspal.com/recipe/box This. Enter all the ingredients for the recipe, and how many servings it is. I used this for my home made paleo veggie beef soup, coconut cookies, and several other weird things I make :) Then you just select a serving of it from either the Recipes tab, or from recent foods to enter it in your food diary.
