I did day 9 last yesterday! woo hoo! Thinking about get a HRM to get an accurate count of how many calories I burn.

Did it for the 9th time in as many days this morning.
Still hating on the lunges. Using 2.8kg handweights.
Even though I had planned a rest day on day 7, when I got up I felt like doing it as it is only 20mins and makes me feel better all day.
Noticing a great deal of definition in my shoulders, arms and thighs and am unconciously engaging my core during the day.0 -

Great job everyone!!!! I did Day 9 on Saturday then was out of commission on Sunday and Monday I had a horrible back spasm and needed to rest my back. I am so proud of everyone who is sticking with it and getting it done!! You are all AWESOME!!!!0

Day 9 done! Took much longer as the kids were around to get in the way, eject the DVD, need help, etc etc. But it's done!0
