Ok Ladies, so we are doing at least 10,000 steps today for our team challenge but let's also add 10 minutes of stretching and as many sit-ups as you can do.

How is everyone's eating going? Should we add more food/mental challenges?

    Great. 10,000 steps. Some days I don't reach. So it will be a great goal to have. I have a fitbit so it makes it easy to track my steps. Good luck everyone! I am headed to do the stretching and some sit ups.

    Morning everyone! I didn't get my sit-ups or stretching in as I worked from 7am-9pm yesterday straight with no lunch. I was exhausted and didn't feel like doing them when I got home although I really should have. Sorry I let you down yesterday.

    I didn't get any sit-ups done either. I didn't get home until 8:30pm and then had a long overdue phone date with my out of state friend :) This week has been a rough week, work hours wise. But hopefully I will get a few more workouts in!

    I can totally relate. This week work has been crazy for me so it's been hard to fit in me/workout time in.
