1/21/13 (Week 5 Day 1)
Fire 55 EZ -- 475 calories
+
Abs 10 -- 25 calories
Total burn: 500 calories

Week 3, Day 1 for me. 45 EZ class ("EZ", yeah right!) with 392 kcal burned, followed by a nice Stretch 10.
I had to take a break over the weekend because my right knee and calf felt weird after Friday's workout; I think I made a wrong move. The last thing I needed was an injury, especially since I found a workout I love! Interesting that the number on the scale moved by the time I weighed myself this morning, so I guess my body in general needed some rest. Food choices on Saturday and Sunday were far from ideal, but I logged everything and even though I went over my limits, I honestly didn't beat up myself over it. Happy to be back with Chalene & Co.0 -

Week 3, Day 2: did HIIT 25 for the first time and it was a killer! Burned 224 kcal.

Hey ladies! Sorry I've been MIA...I'm getting over a bad cold and needed to rest for a few days. I feel much better today and was excited to get back to Turbo Fire.

This is still one of my favorite workouts; the time just flies by!

I love your attitude here! It is so hard to stay positive when you have a setback, but it sounds like you handled it well. And also, great job on not beating yourself up. I honestly think that is the hardest part about this journey- learning how to deal with real life situations and knowing that one or two bad days aren't going to derail you. Well done I hope your knee is cooperating now!0 -

Total calories = 525 calories
My quads are on fire!!! LOL!! I'll be doing a lot of stretching before I go to bed. :laugh:0 -

Thanks, that's really nice of you to say!! The knee is fine, but my ankle feels weird now after tonight's workout (it's an old injury) Oh well.

Did HIIT 15 before that, burned 156 kcal. I was gasping for air most of it and it took me a while to catch my breath after it was over, so I guess that means I'm working hard!0 -

OMG!! My quads are STILL burning from Tone 30 yesterday morning. It's much tougher to me that Sculpt 30.

I'm pretty sure that this is by far my favorite workout. I love the music! It keeps me pumped during the entire workout...lol!0
