Skim milk?

Looking everywhere for this answer... can we have it?

    From my reading of the food list, the answer is no. We can have:

    Acidophilus, low-fat milk (1 Cup)
    Unsweetened almond milk (1 Cup)

    Those are included in the 2 servings of probiotics/day -- the yogurt category. I am on day 10 and one of my only cheats has been to use 2T of milk in my 1 Cup of coffee each day. I did buy the unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk and it is very good. You can find it both in the unrefrigerated health food section or the refrigerated milk section of your grocery store. I found it at Stop & Shop. The brand I purchased was Blue Diamond.

    Thank you. I did see some posts about the unsweetened almond milk and picked some up at last night. I wanted to have some chai tea, which I mix half/half with skim milk, so looking forward to trying it with the almond milk!
