Scared to eat more

Before pregnancy I lost 40lbs, then gained it back and some more :(

But for a few months before I became pregnant the weight was creeping back on, which I'm guessing was because I was only eating 1,200cals per day and couldn't keep it up.

Now I know eating more sounds like the best option because I want this weight loss to be for the long run, but I'm just scared to eat more calories. Anyone else feel the same?? Feel free to add me, I could do with the support xx

    I am trying to adjust to this EMTWL..Just trying to figure out what works for me and 1200 calories isn't it ..One day at a time is all you can too..I really try to concentrate on high protein and lower carbs..Add me I could use the support too!

    Same here, low carbs high protein.

    Can never make my calorie count though without going over on both ^^

    Where's the fat? Good fat.

    Fat doesn't make you fat in case your mind is going that direction. Over eating anything is what makes you fat.

    And remember you can't compare 1200 to anything unless you know what you were eating before you starting logging.
