I walked 3 miles today for 46 minutes + 30 day shred L2D10 for 27 minutes.. Total workout time was 73 minutes.

    I'm so happy I got it in as its late and I ate bad today!!!

    Great job guys! I went with a bunch of friends & family to a snow park at Lake Tahoe. It was a beautiful day to go sledding with the kiddos! I didn't get to snowboard but my hubby and I are thinking of going again for V-Day weekend and try to learn. But going up and down the slopes for 3 hours, I'm pretty sure I burned some cals doing that.


    Day 20 rules and one more week and we'll be done with the first month! Woohoo Sweaty 30-ers... You are all rocking it!!!

    I did an hour and a half (75 minutes of actual poses) of Vinyasa Yoga this morning. Excellent way to burn calories and to clear the mind. Have a great day 20!
