1st day of TurboFire (prep schedule)
haven't worked out in 5mths, have gained almost as much as i've lost. so i've got to start over. (again)
but i LOVE TF and i'm excited to commit to the program. also thinking about ordering HIP HOP ABS (on sale for $20-what a great deal)0 -

Today is a rest day! Tomorrow I'm starting week 4 day 1 of Insanity?
I'm definitely stronger and have more endurance but when will I start to see the weight loss on the scale?
Also, should I do the weight lifting video on my day off or should I just take a real break?0 -
