This was not a good week for me. Burned 3000 cal. Gained 2lbs . I know that I am having too many snacks of chipsand crackers. Must do better next week.

I lost 3.4 this week. I didn't do anything different. I'm logging everything and exercising! I hit my 10lb mark so now I get to buy myself something pretty which this time will be a new charm! Thanks for the great support and encouragement everyone!0

I'm struggling to stay focused. This week I'm going to plan my day and stick with it. When I hit my difficult time in the evening I will drink a big glass of water and check my plan. I know I can be successful!!0 -
Down 3.2 pounds but I am thinking that was a lot of water weight. I am committing to 30 days of consecutive workouts to keep the momentum going. I also need to work on my weekend willpower. I did great Saturday but was a little disappointed with myself on Sunday.0

Not a pound but just saw a fitness/nutrition guy and he said I should probably be losing half a pound a week given how close I am to my GW. I'm ok with that...would have liked to see it come off faster but as long as its going down I won't be disappointed.0 -
