Off Days

Can people tell me what they do on their off days? I finished my weeks workout but wanted to go to the gym today. So I went back to some old routines,squatted heavy weights, did some dead lifts. Not sure if that is going to hurt me on my quest for my venus body. Any suggestions on the off days?

    Off days I usually do some form of cardio and if I have time yoga. I try to stay somewhat active even if I don't train on off days.
