I just got the book yesterday but am planning to start tomorrow as well. I'm really hoping I can make this work while cooking for a family of 5 and one on shift work.0

I am new to the group. Today is day 7, week 1. I am scared to get on the scale tomorrow, for fear that I may have gained! Eating to plan as best I can, but I also lift, so the cardio was only once this week. Anyone else lifting while on Shred?0
