I should have seen this coming. I had an eventful weekend full of free food and alcohol. On top of that I have been ordered to take it easy with my shoulders as I may have either tendinitis or a torn rotator cuff. Since the weekend I have been back on track and increasing my cardio so next week I should be back in the right direction.

    Pretty shocked in the loss because I was sick and unable to work out. I will take my loss and hope to be out of the 190's next week.

    Blah, I am not surprised, I got off track last week, we went to the circus and to my parents and I never keep control of my diet when I go there I think I've learned my lesson. Hopefully this is water weight.

    I am not confident that this loss will "hold". I went on a Girl Scout trip and did not track or moderate my intake. I did work out hard the last two days, but I was not expecting this kind of loss. I'll take it though!

    Glad I recovered a bit from my gain last week!

    Set an aggressive goal for myself this month. Didn't quite reach it, but I'm satisfied with my progress anyway. I'll just have to work harder next month to make up the difference. (since this was my starting month I was hoping for 13 pounds for the month, then 5 each month afterward until June).

    I know what I did. Very bad weekend food wise but, have kept up with my workouts and have done more. Yes, irritated, but I am not done. Just finished TJ Cardio Party and will prob get another walking workout in. Great job everyone! Keep at it!

    Yep. Just keep moving in the right direction and eventually you will get there. And for the times the scale gets stubborn - time to check the measurements....

    I don't see any water in your diary. Also measuring and logging everything you eat is helpful.

    Have you taken measurements also? Those are helpful when the scale doesn't move.

    Hi Everyone,

    I've been completely off track since Christmas. I've managed to pack on 5 lbs - but I'm back. I weighed in at 214 today. I've been able to get into the spreadsheet but I wasn't able to enter my results. I'll try again later.

    My numbers are:

    CW: 214 :sad:
    GW for this Challenge: 169
    UGW: 140ish

    Of course, I weighed this morning a (183.8 lbs) and lost weight. Why didn't show yesterday, oh well I can count it for this coming week. lol
