I had my deadlift video'd yesterday. Please ignore my cr@p form - 280lb @ 151lb. Weight at the beginning of the month 154 - 155lb. I think I qualify for the old Masters category at 45!

I also had my squats video'd for a form check - but it was a set of 3. Will use that if I am not able to go for a single in the next 2 days!
I tried bench yesterday as well but the spotter I used touched the bar so need to try again.0 -

I just did my bench again yesterday and got 105! can I repost!
Bench: 105 (wilks: 51.976).... tho the video isn't posted yet. I also was using a smith machine (yes I know the bar isn't a full 45# and accounted for that) becuase I did it when Taso wasn't with me so I wanted the safety bar set up.
ETA: I really just wanted to brag that I benched 105. It's a new PR for me!0 -

could have gotten more out of the deadlift. possibly bench too but was operating on 4 hours sleep.

Probably gave away 2.5-5kg on bench and 10-15 on deadlift.
150kg/102.5kg/205kg for 457.5kg @ 90.8kg.
1008lbs total. so there's one milestone for me!!!0 -

I think I did the Wilks right. I used http://wilkscalculator.com/lbs. Someone correct, if it's wrong. And of course, point out any issues that would've caused a red light.

definate green white lights on the squat and bench.
The deadlift was close...some fed's wouldnt pass it, but this is MFP!!! plus, some feds would, so it counts, haha.
Just make sure you properly lock out. in a comp, you'll be told when you put it back on the ground is all.
a few comments on the other lifts. (and great work squatting 350!! ). just watch the forward lean. head up, chest up, always. but you have probably already seen that.
and bench, not sure what is going with your elbows...but they completely change position in the hole, lol. just watch em. where you press from is where you want to drop them, perhaps you are tucking too much to begin, i dont know as there is no other angle. Suggest filming from the side above over the plates.

what's wrong with the squat?
In my defense on the squat, if you compare it to taso's video, you can see I filmed him from a lower spot, so you can tell he's going low. He filmed me from a higher angle (which you can tell from where the handle on the treadmill is in relation to the squat bar)....so in my video there is an angle down happening, making it harder to see how low I go. I even went down twice to make sure I went low enough.
I will insist future video is taken from a lower spot!!!!

My bench attempt was extra-extra ugly. Not really sure what was going on there, other than I was totally unfocused and not concentrating.
Was my deadlift a red-lift due to not a long enough lockout? I had this ridiculous aspiration that I was going to deadlift 450 afterwards so I wasn't caring too much about that one. :laugh:0 -
Yep, the squat issue wasn't with the depth, it was the bounce. Once you start coming up, you can't go down again I still think the bench is fine though... plus everyone should get a onsie... just because I think it would be funny0
