Week 6, Day2, WTF

I am struggling girlfriends!! Something happened to the VI from week 5 to week 6. Im not Rocky. 90 push ups?!, 90 step ups?! WTF. I couldnt do it and gave up. Only could get thru 2 sets of these exercises. Im so sore, my muscles are on fire, even stimulated my period. Do I skip that day?, take three hours to do the exercises? Do it slower and no weights? Do I get a do over? Am I the only one who struggled with this? Help! I need input, suggestions.

    Check the forum discussions about this. I kinda remember someone posting the same thing. I think it is a typo and you are only supposed to do one set of each exercise. John might have even replied that it would take three hours for the workout... and it was a mistake. Sounds like you killed yourself!! You've got heart, that is A LOT of reps!
