I would love to do it -I have been doing primal so this would help be get over my dairy fix. I just bought the book ISWF... Although I have a colonoscopy scheduled next friday so I may have to start after that. (the prep sounds awful!)

I would definitely wait to start til after the colonoscopy - you gotta drink all that barium stuff. Yuck!! Hope it goes well!

For those of you who have not yet done a Whole 30 and indicated that you need to do some more research or had questions, I have compiled a list of the links for Whole 30, as well as the shopping list. It's easy to forget all the "rules", so I found that rereading this information was really helpful for me -

^^^ I use the last one quite a bit. Just type in a question in google or on this link and say "Can I have XXX while on Whole 30 and usually the answer pops right up.

Just read the Whole 30 do not consume list. It being Super Bowl weekend, I simply can't comply. Food no problem, Beer no way. Starting Monday.

Don't worry about getting it 100% all the time. If you do that, you will stress yourself out, and honestly wont stick to it. You have to give your self room to improve. Give your self a cheat day (just one - okay lets not get crazy here.)

Cant afford organic chicken? Okay then get the rotisserie chicken... ball park it... You will be able to comply to this way of life, SO much easier if you don't panic that you couldn't find the nitrate free bacon...

Don't forget... condiments -- contain sugar! I'm actually gonna go out and get supplies to make my own ketchup tonight!

Also... speaking from an emotional, binge eater who was addicted to sugar and carbs... I never thought I could do this. The thought of tea with out sugar or a sweetener made me shiver... I was surprised how easily I converted over... Ive have gone from 300lbs to 284 in a month... its not much... because I haven't been able to get as much exercise as I have wanted but its a awesome start.

Good luck to all who are starting and to those who are continuing!

Please feel free to add me, Love to have some/ & give support of those like me!

I've just completed Day 6. Am combining it with 21day sugar detox (will more likely be 30 day to tie in with paleo plan) as well as alternate day/ intermittent fasting. Please do add me if you wish!

I'm on my second day of Whole 30. I'm still logging due to my diabetes but otherwise sticking to the rules. Anyone can feel free to friend me. I'd love extra motivation :)
