Morning Everyone,
It's very quiet these days. How is everyone doing?
What are everyone's goals for February? Mine are to finally get out of the 200s and to start a clean eating program. I'm hoping the clean eating program will really help me with my weight loss and stomach issues.
Our challenge for today is to do 10-20 squats every time you go to the bathroom
Challenges for the weekend:
1. 30 minutes of cardio of any kind each day
2. Post your February goals
3. Tell us something that you are really struggling with in your life and maybe we can help you through it.

AH Man! every time I go to the bathroom! Do you know how much water I drink in a day and how many times I go pee?! Ok fine I'll do the squats!
February goal: Stop gaining and losing the same 2.5 lbs and finally break out of the 200's as well! I have seen 199.5 on the scale twice now but it doesn't stick around.
I struggle with giving in and not sticking with it. It's a lot easier to not workout and eat another helping of pasta or drink my calories then not doing it! I did really good there for a while I liked being in control of myself but some how I have lost it and I have been trying so hard to find it again and STICK WITH IT! I know it's there.....Mind over matter!0 -
I know exactly where you're coming from. I float between 204-210 and can't seem to get past it. I hit 199 last summer and then the next day was back up to 207. I was so crushed. I'm determined to get to my goal weight. I struggle with being motivated and doing and getting discouraged by the lack of movement on the scale and giving up.
I can't give up anymore. I have to keep fighting and fighting some more until I finally get over this "plateau". I am going to try clean eating, as much as I can and see if that helps. My trainer is convinced I'm not losing because of my eating. And I like to indulge in a drink here and there so.......

My goals are to cut out soda and sweets exempting dark chocolate.
Start the apple cider vinigar detox.... not looking forward to it yuck.
