    I had a busy day and I had to work my part-time job tonight.
  • FRI = SICK :sick:
    SAT = 70 MINUTES WALKING
    20 MINUTES STRENGTH TRAINING
    SUN = 62 MINUTES GYM CARDIO
    30 MINUTES NON TRADITIONAL CLEANING

    WEEKEND TOTAL OF 182 MINUTES :smile:

    Friday - 15 minutes of walking my dog

    Saturday 15 minutes of walking the dog, 47 minutes of elliptical training, 25 minutes of Zumba, 15 minutes in the sauna.

    Sunday - 60 minutes of elliptical training, 15 minutes of strength training (challenge)

    Friday - was not able workout
    Saturday - 30 mins of running on the treadmill & 30 mins of elliptical training for 705 calories
    Sunday - 40 mins of walking and jogging on the treadmill for 507 calories

    Here is my entry for Friday, Saturday and Sunday!!

    Friday: 90 minutes (jumpr rope for heart event)
    30 minutes elliptical

    Saturday: 60 mintues soccer
    60 minutes basketball

    Sunday: 30 minutes elliptical
    30 minutes stationary bike
    20 minutes lifting weights (toning)

    Total: 320 minutes!!
  • 2/1: 60 mins.
    2/2: 45 mins.
    2/3: 90 mins.

    Total: 195 mins.

    Thanks for the results Jo!!! Those are amazing results!!!! Congrats to everyone! :) I also wanted to thank Mary and Leigh Anna for setting up this weekend challenge!!! It really pushed me to focus! :)
