Single Leg Squats

I am going to sound extremely ridiculous right now but I was legitimately mad when I was doing the single leg squats lol! I think it's cause I'm not that great at them (which I know will improve over time). I ended up using the smith machine so I could get as low as I needed to because when I had the barbell I just wasn't hacking it! I did it with no weight today and my legs were SCREAMING so I know it was working! I know it will get better but they really made me mad today!

    I was bummed last night...gym was closing so I only got to do 1 set but having that flat bench was a life saver! Felt like I was more lunging, need to watch my form next time!

    One legged anything is tough!! You're doing AMAZING!! ????

    What can be helpful too is if there are bands or a TRX that you can hold on to, you can use as help if you need it coming back up.
