    I've been doing Les Mills Combat for 2 weeks...just haven't checked in every day :(

    Today I did Upper Body Blowout and Core

    1st day of TurboFire (prep schedule)
    haven't worked out in 5mths, have gained almost as much as i've lost. so i've got to start over. (again)
    but i LOVE TF and i'm excited to commit to the program. also thinking about ordering HIP HOP ABS (on sale for $20-what a great deal)

    p90x legs and back....then I sat crossed leg in my office chair after for about 15 minutes....when i got up I fell over from the no blood/p90x pain....at least I just laughed at myself.

    Today is a rest day! Tomorrow I'm starting week 4 day 1 of Insanity?

    I'm definitely stronger and have more endurance but when will I start to see the weight loss on the scale?

    Also, should I do the weight lifting video on my day off or should I just take a real break?
