Well I really enjoyed the fitness minutes challenge last week, so I thought we would do it again this week!! This week's fitness minute goal is 500 minutes!! Let's do it!!

I killed it last week. However, with this being a busy week, I will kill myself doing the challenge with few days of workout I can allow this week. BUT, I am not going to "punk" out! I am going to give it my best. I just may surprise myself. GAME ON! :smokin:0

You got this DIVA!! I was so mad at myself yesterday for not being able to get in my last 50 minutes. I went to church and then out to dinner with my family. My daughter stayed in town longer than planned. Then my husband volunteered me to go to a Super Bowl get together with his co-worker and his wife...UGH!! I was planning on getting my 50 minutes in while he was gone to watch the game, I didn't want to go! Oh well, excuses excuses. It's on this week though...LOL!!0

2/4: 45 mins walking briskly; 45 mins treadmill Level 3.5 mph.=90 mins.
2/5: 120 mins walking leisurely.=210 mins.

This week is going to be a very busy week at work. I will give it my best shot.
Monday - 60 minutes of walking
Tuesday - 60 minutes (45-minute Walk and 15 minutes of Rockin' Body)
Total = 120
Left to go = 3800 -

Up to 238 min. did some snow shoveling, treadmill and Eliptical. Hoping to keep up, I have a feeling that I'm having a recurrent bout of my bronchitis. Having lots of tightness again. Keep up the great work you are all doing. Have a blessed week.

Well did not get a workout in yesterday so only made it to 415 this week, but I feel pretty good about as my workouts last week were very intense!0
