2nd fit test results, lets share!

I just finished my 2nd fit test today and figure others are near there or have done them recently so I thought it would be fun if we could share our results. Here are mine:

Fit test #1 Fit test #2
1. Switch Kicks: 54 81
2. Power Jacks 40 44
3. Power Knees 70 78
4. Power Jumps 20 25
5. Globe Jumps 8 10
6. Suicide Jumps 16 20
7. Push-up Jacks 2 12
8. Low Plank Oblique 30 57

I'd love to see others results too! Oh and I think I've lost about 2lbs but I'm going to go more by inches so I'll measure again after month 1

    Great job with those suicide jumps, those are my worst category by far. Your numbers look awesome! Just did Fit test #3 yesterday, today was my first day of Month 2

    Question - my stat for switch kicks seems low. Are you counting each kick or one count per 2 kicks?

    I did 37 on my first attempt. It says 1 rep is 2 kicks.

    Fit test #1, Fit test # 2

    3. Power Knees: 72 - 93

    6. Suicide Jumps: 7 - 13
    7. Push-up Jacks: 1 - 4 (pitiful i know but i have no core strength yet. those are 4 are the pasible ones out of a few fall overs lol)
    8. Low Plank Oblique: 14 - 25

    a lot of my results are still low numbers. but all still greatly improved. the program is working well. i much fitter and getting through each workout better every day :-)

    Fit Test results! I'm oh so excited!!! I did really well at the beginning but kind of fell off a bit after power jumps, those things suck!! But regardless I improved in every area :). I kind of think I pushed myself a little more on this one than the first one because I wanted to kill my first test where as my first test I didn't really have an indicator on what was "good" for me...regardless, here are my results..

    Measurements:
    Body Fat: Week 1: 30.2% 2nd: Body Fat 29.7% DOWN 0.5%
    Muscle Mass: Week 1: 33.9 2nd 34% UP 0.1%
    Hips: DOWN 3cm
    Belly button: DOWN 2cm
    Waist (Smallest part): DOWN 2.5cm
    Thigh: DOWN 2cm
    Upper arm: DOWN 0.5cm
