DON'T FORGET ABOUT INCHES LOST!!

Options
So many times we only focus on pounds. We need to remember to measure ourselves to keep track of inches lost. If you are building muscle while buring fat you may not always see a significant weight loss! Sometimes your hard work does not always show up on the scale :)

Amen to that! MFP is a great place to track this, too! I usually don't get many weight victories but consider the inches victories MUCH more! If I can go down a pant size, it is a victory!

Well, I have not measured myself lately. i know what I weighed when I strated this thing 2 weeks ago, and I will weigh at home tonight. I can then measure and figure where to input. My husband and I are planning on exercising tonight...hopefully that will happen. and I will remind myself to check the inches. Thanks patty

OK...so I did measure. I lost 1 in in each arm, and 1 in my waist. I have been walking and doing Zumba. I really don't see a big difference on the scale, but my calves are a bit harder and so are my guns.
