    That is cool, thought I would expand the night shift world a bit.. I did some searching and did not find a group dedicated to night shift people oddly enough.

    That is exactly why I created this group here! I couldn't believe that there was no group for Night shift people. After working nights for almost a year, I am finding that we are the most unappreciated group of people you could find!

    Congrats on the FB page. I do not have a FB account, otherwise I would join! I hope you get lots of "friends" there! Night Crawlers Unite!!! :happy:

    It really sucks for those that can not get on facebook from work. Makes the graveyard threads on this site really boring and dead.

    NOT a facebook user and don't ever intend to be but would like support on MFP have been a night worker for 15 years now and it is harder to adjust eating times and getting your body use to eating during the night bodies are just not meant to do that ..
