I have a rather good book here called 'The compassionate mind approach to beating overeating' by Ken Goss. Worth looking for it.

Nah, but I want to. I've skimmed through the blog before. Seems like a good one! =)

I haven't heard of it either. Sounds interesting. Another book to add to my list of books to read...

Only edition I can find here in the Uk is kindle, disappointingly as I don't have a kindle. Only a kobo reader and my ipad. Wonder if I could make it so I could read it on my ipad.

I have the free kindle app on my iPod touch. I also have the free kindle app on my laptop! It's downloadable if you want to get it. You can read books purchased on amazing from a PC... you don't need a kindle device ! =)
