Right, so I've just finished my first FitTest and I have to say I feel slightly light headed and somewhat nauseous, which means this is going to be good :D

Here's my first stats:

Height: 163cm/5'3in (just FYI, not hoping for this to change ;P)
Weight: 57.6kg/127lb
BMI: 21.7

    I'm starting a little late, just found this group! Tomorrow will be day 1 for me. Here are my stats:

    Height: 5'4
    Weight: 154 pounds (Goal of 148)
    Body Fat: 28% (Goal is 24%)

    Measurements
    Chest: 38"
    Waist: 29"
    Hips: 39"
    Thigh: 23.5"
    Knee: 17"

    Fit test will be done tomorrow, but it will probably be pretty awful overall.

    This is my second time attempting Insanity, last time I gave up after a week (too boring, too hard). Feel free to push me so I stick with it!!!

    There is nothing wrong with these numbers at all.....My GF and I are on day 7 and it will get easier......Tomorrow is not that bad and if you are sore like were were push through as it helps with any stiff ness....and when you get to the Cardio recovory day that is what help us with the stiffness. Day 7 and both of us are not feeling the soreness we started out with and each day is easier!
