Hey ladies! I have a question that may be silly but I want to do this right. On seated and standing calf raises along with the leg extensions it says "3 sets of x reps, last set to failure". Does this mean 2 sets of x reps and the 3rd set is failure or is it 3 sets and there is a 4th set that is failure?!

I've been doing 3 sets and 4th as a failure but on the sheet there is an "x" for the fourth one. I'd love to hear what others are saying about this.0

If there are 2 open spots and 1 with an X - I do 2 normal sets and 1 to failure. Same with if there are 3 spots and an X (3 sets normal 1 to failure).0
