I love dark beers so much, (stouts, quads, dubbels, barleywines), especially this time of year..you can let them warm up a bit and they are very comforting. I try and save my beers day for saturday or sunday, cause I don't usually stop at just one

    Sunday-1/2 beer
    Monday-0
    Tuesday-0
    Wednesday-0

So much for 2 booze free days.....

2 glasses of red last night. There's another unopened bottle in the house but I am determined not to open it tonight. I have to weigh in tomorrow. At least I moderated. I didn't even finish what my husband didn't finish out of his glass because he fell asleep watching the State of the Union.

BTW, Sydney, did you ever hit that new number on the scale? You've been so good with the moderation.

I did! About a week ago I posted over a pound loss. Of course the weekend came and I immediately put it back on...but since have hovered around that number again. I've got a spring break trip in March to Palm Springs which means bathing suits/spa weather. I plan to really try to drop a few more before then.

Good luck with your weigh in. You've done great!

1 glass of red again. I've got a little bit left in the same bottle I will either use to cook with or sip on tonight.

    Congrats on the pants ryze!!!

    Monday - white wine
Tuesday - one martini then beer with the best friend before seeing Warm Bodies then beer after the movie at dinner
    Wednesday - who knows

Can't wait for earnings to be over for husband, it's so much easier to moderate or not drink period when he's home.

It's been above freezing so those 3 ft of snow we got slammed with are melting fast  that right there is reason enough to celebrate with drinks

    Nice!! That's excitng...

I scheduled my physical for March 15 which gives me one more month to focus on healty ways. Of course, I scheduled it before SPD and my anniversary. This year I will be married as long as I've been single. 1/2 of life spent with Ron. Crazy as it is to think about.

    Monday, 0
    Tuesday, 0
    Wednesday, 0

Shooting for a zero tonight and tomorrow....Ron is encouraging this lushness and I have to keep saying NO!! I need to drop this weight.

Last night I was way under on cals and managed not drink, even when I couldn't sleep, I almost poured bailey's into some warm milk. Probably should have, but anyway, this is me gloating about it:
    Tuesday=0

Friends flaked on the watching hour tonight, so I may or may not drink...

Look at you go with those 0's Kate!!

    Monday - white wine
    Tuesday - martini and beers
Wednesday - white wine, a wee bit too much, oops
Thursday - pizza, mozz sticks, wine and scary movies

I'm not going to work out today, I'm going to eat pizza, watch scary movies and bum around with the fur babies while husband is stuck at work late. BUT tomorrow we're doing a tasting at a fantastic restaurant down the road from our house   Then Saturday is a girls day. We're going shopping then going to Plaza Azteca for delicious mexican food and 34oz beers then coming back to my place to build a couch fort, watch movies, have cocktails, paint our nails and "gossip" ... I absolutely cannot wait

Happy Valentine's Day my lovely lushes :drinker:

yes, well done on all the 0's!!!

I had 2 glasses of red last night. I might go for the vodka tonight. Not sure what the husband has planned, he just said he would handle dinner. We usually avoid restaurants on V-day so I'm not sure what he has up his sleeve.
Already received 2 dozen roses (a dozen red, a dozen white) plus 2 purple tulips (a fav of mine) to total the 26 years we've been married...so I guess I'm puttin out tonight.

Haha! I'm sure I will have to put out too, no gift yet, but I really haven't seen him yet today. But, I do know he will have wine waiting for me when I get home and that is actually worth more than flowers! I am so excited for my wine tonight along side a nice filet, scallops and a salad.

ryezman, I just get them at the LQ by my house. I like that they have a good selection of Colorado beer, vodka, wine, etc. To be honest, the one that I have is my first...but not my last!

    Monday-Wednesday-0
    Thursday-6oz of wine
Friday-We will probably finish up the bottle we opened last night. I have to hit the liquor store for more plus some vodka, so not sure if it'll be vodka or wine tonight but nothing crazy!

    Wow...busy lushes

    Wednesday, huge big ultimate fail
    Thursday, big fail
    Friday, probably big disaster fail

I will try and moderate from there. I have out-of-town guests coming for the weekend.

    Kyler, welcome....

Kat, sounds like a great day for girls

Chloe...wine def trumps flowers...I told the hubs no flowers, our house is a mess and it's one more thing to deal with.

Sydney, your bouquet must be huge and gorgeous.
