    Walking to/from Gym: 20 min
    Running (jogging), 5 mph (12 min mile): 10 min
    Running (jogging), 6 mph (10 min mile): 6 min
    Walking, 4.0 mph, very brisk pace: 4 min
    Running (jogging), 6 mph (10 min mile): 4 min
    Walking, 4.0 mph, very brisk pace: 6 min

    1. 32 minutes on the Elliptical this morning.
    2. Tea and water for beverages today.
    3. Attempting to get more steps in on my fitbit again today. We'll see how that goes.
    4. Hoping to add in the Brazilian Bum Bum Beachbody workout a few nights a week, but tonight I have a work meeting at 6pm.

    This is my Day 1 and I did 50 minutes of Turbo Jam Cardio Party Mix 3. I didn't weigh in this morning, but I did yesterday; guess I can go with that weight...

    Day 2 results:
    Weight lifting ( biceps and triceps) = 50 minutes
    Treadmill: 30 minutes tempo run = 3.23 miles PACE 9:17 minutes/ mile
    Sit-ups: 5 minutes

    So far so good!

    30 minutes of vigorous stationary biking
    25 minutes walking on the treadmill at 2.5 mph

    I just want to say I LOVE THIS GROUP. This is exactly what I was planning on doing anyways so it's absolutely perfect.



    I missed yesterday so I'll catch up.

    Day1
    I'm getting over a sickness so I took it easy but I say work counts as physical activity because I work at a Hospital and I did a LOT of walking around yesterday.

    Day 2
    30 minutes of Ripped in 30
    Heading to work for 6 hours.
    Cleaning the house for 30 minutes including vacuuming and going up and down the stairs doing laundry.

    brisk walk at lunch - 20 mins
    30 day shred level 2 - 23 mins
  • Day 2,

    Will do 45 mins on the stairmaster/treadmill

    And eat some tilapia for dinner
  • Day two

    Dreadmill, random inclines - 30 min
    CrossRamp, steady state - 30 min

    60 min total, 825 burned.

    45 minutes weights and floor exercises
  • Haven't had bread in 3 days and I am dying!
    45 minutes of Zumba Rush on xbox.
    burned 531 calories!

    Will do some ab and butt work tonite, meanwhile will go out for a long walk at lunchtime.

    Today ended up being day 2. I packed my running clothes yesterday, but it snowed, and by the time we got home, it was late, and my daughter was sleeping in my workout space. This morning I did the 20 minute workout from Burlesque by Jazzercise, and tonight I'll do NROLFW stage 4, workout B1. Guess I already have to add 2 days!
  • This is my Day 2. I did Zumba for Day 1, last night for 1 hour and weight training for 20 minutes after. I will do Zumba again tonight- will check back in tomorrow!!:smile:

    My Day 2 (2/14) Leslie Sansone one mile walking tape this morning! Plan to get in 30 minutes on the treadmill and continue increasing water intake.

    Well, my exercise for today was 40 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes on the school run.
    I chose watermelon and strawberries for a mid-afternoon snack today. Yay me!
    And when I went to Marks and Spencers to get my hubby and I a sexy delicious Valentine's meal, I picked up fish courses and strawberries with half-fat cream for pudding rather than the chocolate cups that looked ohhhh sooo good!!! So rather pleased with myself there! We have got a bottle of wine, but I've ensure I've had a very small breakfast and lunch to compensate for what will be a lovely treat.
  • Wow - really felt my first day of 30 Day Shred working. A good kind of sore this morning! Excited to log my Day 2 exercise.

    Did way better on fiber as planned/ water still an issue! work-out today was a cleaning spree incl. washing walls and windows in my dining rm./ hanging new curtains / laundry etc. I know.... sounds so lame after reading what all of you do... Pushes me to do better tho, so glad I'm here.

    So, today was a great Valentine's day and it was a beautiful day in the Bay Area. Today, I walked for an hour and a half with a good friend. Then I walked 30-40 minutes with my partner. Had a great time. God is proud of me today!
