:heart: Don't beat yourself up over 1 day.Just don't eat the whole box of candy and go out for a huge meal.Make wise decisions.I myself are doing steaks at home,a small bakie tater,steamed brocolli and cup lava cakes.The rest of the day I am having a veggie egg tortilla, and a huge salad mostly kale,spinach and lettuce for lunch a nectarine as a snack and a few celery sticks with pb.As long as good days out weigh the bad and you are making progress don't let 1 day ruin all your hard work,everyone is worth being healthier.:heart: Happy Valentine's day and hugs from me to you on the awesome work your doing.:smooched:

    If you get a huge box of candy my advice share it with the kids,grand kids,freeze it, or take it to work to share :happy:
