    never tried pumpkin and peanut butter together. A little nervous about that combo. Has anyone else tried this?

    Ingredients:
    One 18.3 ounce box of Betty Crocker Fudge Brownies - Chewy Brownie Mix
    2 cups canned pure pumpkin
    2 tablespoons reduced-fat peanut butter

    Heat oven to 350.

    Thow the pumpkin and brownie mix into a bowel and stir it until smooth.

    Spray a 9X9 pan with nonstick and then pour in the mix. Then take the peanut butter and put on top, then take a knife and mix it around into the chocolate.

    Cook for 35 minutes, then cool off. Once it's cool enough put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Cut into 36 pieces.

    Per Piece:
    65 calories, 1g fat, 57mg sodium, 14g carbs, 1g fiber, 9g sugars, 1g protein.

    That may be accurate for other forums, but here it means something different. Here it's used when you want to sort of "bookmark" something to come back and read later. If you post in the thread at all, it gets added to "My Topics", where you can find it later.
