    Since I know I will be out of commission next week except for walking, I'm pledging AT LEAST 3 lbs this week. Anyone else care to pledge your loss for Week 6??

    I will pledge 2 lbs, and hope to crush it! Let's do this!!

    i hope my weigh in is good in the morning started my period today so hope it doesnt affect my weigh in also gonna get
    my dress on monday so i may not try it on until the end of the week ugh!!!

    My weight has crept up the last three weeks. I pledge that this week I will lose at least 1.5# and fully participate in the challenge. Hopefully this will get me out of my funk post dress fitting too tight.

    My weight is going all over the place the last few weeks, in part because I slipped up over the weekend and indulged a little too much, and I think partly because my hormones are wacky or something. TOM is two weeks late now, not sure if it will come at all... frustrating!

    Anyways, I'm not going to pledge a number... since last week I pledged 2 lbs and ended up gaining almost 2 lbs (oops!). Instead I pledge to do better, be more mindful of my choices, and put more dedication into my workouts.

    Congrats, Delphiniums!

    At the halfway point, we’ve lost a total of 105.4 LBS! That’s awesome!

    According to our goals, we have 209.2 LBS to go. It may sound like a lot, but it’s only about 35lbs/week. For a team of 15, that’s around 2lbs per week.

    Overall, we've slipped to 3rd place overall, but we are just behind the Irises, so we can definitely retake 2nd place overall with some hard work this week.

    Can we each commit to the needed 2lbs/wk???! I know each and every one of you can do it.

    This may be hard to read, but next to your name, the order is Starting weight (1/6/13); CURRENT WEIGHT; LBS LOST TO DATE; % LOST TO DATE; GOAL WEIGHT; STARTING % TO LOSE; CURRENT % TO LOSE; LBS left to lose; and TARGET LBS per week to lose. I’ll post the spreadsheet tonight so you can read it easier :)

    Oh- and you all are ranked according to percentage lost so far, so congrats to Christy, our WEIGHT LOSS LEADER for the half!!!

    I've got my head back in focus this week. Been doing lots of cycling, walking and running. Still finding it hard to resist little treats but managing to keep them within my calorie goal. Losing gets hard when you get close to your goal!

    I've had issues getting my head fully back in the 'game', but I peeked at my weight this morning and it's going back down some... so thats good. I think after I get the invites out this weekend I can focus better.

    I'm still here! Just keeping on trucking! I'm so excited to have seen 159.8 on the scale this morning! My lowest weight since starting with WW in 2009 was 158 (last May), so hopefully this time I can get in the 150's solidly and start aiming for the 140's!!!

    First dress fitting next Tuesday! Here's hoping the dress fits better than it did 8# ago!

    Just need to stay strong this weekend while I go down to Georgia for a bridal shower!

    I'm still around, just busy busy busy!

    I lost all my TOM bloat from last week, working on losing some more =) I've been doing some arm work, trying to look a little more toned to be in a strapless dress.

    Have fun at your bridal shower Nicky! I'm so excited for mine in a couple weeks.

    Wow, Delphiniums. Our board is back on page 4??! We need to reengage, ladies. I know our weddings are getting close, but we are REALLY slipping. Down to 4th place this week.

    I'm going to pledge a loss of at least 8 lbs more by the end of the challenge. My last reported weight was 164, so that will be 156. I am going to be at DisneyWorld for 3 days and I have my spa weekend with the girls the weekend after that, but I WILL do this. For myself and for our team.

    1-3lbs/week is totally doable (just check your own results over the last 9 weeks and those of your teammates)!!

    What will you pledge in our last 3 weeks together???

    I pledge to get back to 158 (-6lbs) by the end of the challenge! I'd love to aim for 8#, but my bachelorette is right in the middle!

    Everyone is doing awesome!! I fell off the wagon a little...so much going on (as you all are there) and so much stress with a bridesmaid ( she is acting like this is her wedding and is so high maintnance about it). UGH...

    Anyways, Im starting new today and started logging again! I started insanity on monday and am so sore but a friend of mine is doing it along with me at her house...so we are on the same days and can motivate eachother!!!

    I had my first dress fitting monday and since I have a corset back..the seamstress said I dont need any work because if I lose weight or not, its all in how you tie the dress! My hem is already perfect..so all I need is the bustle wich will be one simple button! I was so happy about all that!

    Seeing me in my dress, however, was a big wake up call. I NEED to get into shape and stop falling off the wagon! So I am back and I am more serious then ever!! :) Glad I have you girls here!
