Thanks for keeping this challenge going. Although I do other forms of exercise I love my Leslie walks! I'm in again this month! My goal for January was 50 and I walked 61. I am going back with 50 for February since this month is a few days shorter!

I have fallen off the wagon since the first week, where I started off strong. I just figured out my calculations and I need to walk at least 4.2 miles everyday for the next 10 days to reach my 60 mile goal for February.
I have only walked 18.75 miles so far this month but I know I can do it!! In the past I would have just given up and said the month was a bust...those days are over!

I've been working in the yard/ flower garden for several hours whenever the weather is nice. On those days I am not 'walking' which is ok by me as I am burning some serious cals while enjoying being outdoors :glasses: .0 -
