How does it feel to be a week in? I'm feeling great! Here's what I did today.

Day 7:
Walking home with groceries - 30 min
Walking 3 mph - 30 min

    Day 7: 2/18

    Had some cramping in my abdomen this morning, so I rested with a heating pad instead of working out. Also too some meds and am feeling much better. Tonight I plan on hitting the gym.

    1. 60 mins on Elliptical trainer
    2. C25K on the track (about 25 mins)

    Soon I'm thinking that I will be starting 30DS along with this cardio. Will double check my schedule to make sure that I can commit to that as well.

    Day 7 RESULTS (Feb 18)

    Still wasn't feeling too good so I went for a 25 minute brisk walk. Plan on going to the gym tomorrow morning. Trying to stay within my calorie allotment since I did not exercise too much today.

    Played tennis for an hour and a half, did 100 plank jacks and did some bicep curls.

    15 minutes biking vigorously
    15 minutes biking moderately
    25 minutes treadmill walking 3.0 mph
  • Day 7:

    Jogging at 5mph pace for 30 minutes with my favorite companion - Keeva the American Bulldog. She will definitely keep me going and never slows down.
  • Day 7 results:

    10 min dreadmill warm up @ 6mph
    45 min of lifting - flat bench, close-grip seated rows, triceps push downs, squats, military press
    14 min HIIT on dreadmill

    I did 21 minutes of calisthenics and step. I was too beat to do anything else, and I still needed to take my son to the store. I'm going to bed now in hopes that I can get up and work out in the morning.
