    Thanks for keeping this challenge going. Although I do other forms of exercise I love my Leslie walks! I'm in again this month! My goal for January was 50 and I walked 61. I am going back with 50 for February since this month is a few days shorter!

    2/2- (0) 30 min. elliptical
    2/3- (0) Supposed to be rest day but I shoveled snow instead :( I gotta get back to my Leslie walks or I won't make my challenge this month!!

    02/03 4 miles - 1 mile (5 really big miles) + 3 miles on the treadmill
    02/04 5 miles - Walk it off and tone it up
    02/05 1 mile - 4 mile power walk
    02/06 5 miles - 5 day walk plan
    02/07 2 miles on the treadmill
    02/09 2 miles outside and 5 miles with Leslie (5mile fat burning walk)
    02/11 5 miles - walk it off and tone it up
    02/14 2 miles outside, 2 miles Belly blasting walk
    02/15 2 miles Belly blasting walk
    02/17 4 miles walk it off and tone it up, 2 miles belly blasting walk
    02/19 4 miles outside

    I've done 25 as of today. 25 more! I got sick with a stomach bug and it put me behind for a few days! :-(

    I have fallen off the wagon since the first week, where I started off strong. I just figured out my calculations and I need to walk at least 4.2 miles everyday for the next 10 days to reach my 60 mile goal for February.

    I have only walked 18.75 miles so far this month but I know I can do it!! In the past I would have just given up and said the month was a bust...those days are over!

    60 mile goal here I come!!

    Tuesday:

    3 miles: walked outdoors with my neighbor.

    Goal for January: 60 combined miles

    So far: 21 Leslie/ other walking DVD miles

    So far: 11.50 outdoor miles

    I've been working in the yard/ flower garden for several hours whenever the weather is nice. On those days I am not 'walking' which is ok by me as I am burning some serious cals while enjoying being outdoors :glasses: .
