Well, today was a FF day for me. I had the day off from work so I went with my husband to an Indian buffet that my husband keeps talking about and it was really good. Now that I had my FF fix, it's time to get back on track! Here is to no FF for the rest of the week!

Thanks so much Meea!! I am still on track. I am going to have some planned FF over the weekend. It all depends. I have a dinner engagement Saturday evening and I am letting my friends pick the place. Both of them know I like to have healthy choices so we will see where they pick. Either way if dinner is not too bad Saturday I know Sunday I am going to have some planned FF. If Saturday is a splurge day I will not splurge 2 days in a row. So we will see.

Happy Valentine's Day everyone! So I did well yesterday but today, not so well. Went and had lunch with the coworkers at Round Table Pizza for their lunch buffet. Even though I had it, I noticed that I ate less than I usually do cuz all I kept thinking about was this challenge! Even though I went over calories today, I made it up by exercising!

I fought urges tonight. I drove in the lot of a micky D's and drove back out! Still over a bit on my calories but would have been over more with FF and would have not been as healthy as 2 banannas.

Happy Saturday everyone! So not a good day for me today. Had sushi buffet and ate some fried stuff. But it was good hang out with my girlfriends...it's been a while since we all last hung out!
