    Monday: 4 miles outside in the AM and then an hour of Zumba in the evening

    Definitely resting tomorrow. All my runs have been harder and slower this week, I'm sure because I am getting over a cold. Hopefully with a rest day I will be up for my 12 miles on Saturday!
