Can we just talk about those massive jump kicks at the end? What the heck!
I find myself much stronger in the arms and stomach but my legs need to get stronger.

I'm starting to feel muscles in my chest and groin getting worked again this level. Yay!0

I'm still here but taking a few unexpected days off. House guests and I still have a sore shoulder from those first circuit planks!
I should be able to do it Sunday though... I'll keep checking in.0
